Fatal Collision Involves Drug Smugglers and Guardia Civil in Cádiz

A suspected drug smuggler has died and another was injured after a collision between a speed boat and a Guardia Civil patrol boat in Cádiz on Friday.

The chase took place approximately ten nautical miles from Tarifa, where two individuals on the boat were found surrounded by bundles of hashish.

This event comes just days before the anniversary of the deaths of two Guardia Civil officers in Barbate last year.
