Mother and Two Children Die Near Navarra Dam as Guardia Civil Launch Investigation

Guardia Civil are investigating the deaths of a woman and her two young children after they were found in the River Esca near the Roncal dam in Navarra.

Emergency services were called to the scene on Wednesday afternoon but were unable to save the three victims.
