PP urges Vox to come to agreement over coalition deal

PP has urged Vox to close an agreement that would allow María Guardiola to be invested as president of Extremadura, saying it is making “titanic efforts” to reach a deal.

The party insists the region needs a stable government and accuses Vox of prolonging uncertainty.

Vox, however, maintains that it wants guarantees on programme commitments before signing any pact.

Negotiations continue as the deadline for forming a government approaches.
