Clandestine Workshop With 70,000 Fake Clothing Items Worth €7 Million Dismantled in Tenerife

Police in Tenerife have dismantled a clandestine workshop containing around 70,000 counterfeit clothing items valued at nearly seven million euros.

The operation, led by the Guardia Civil, uncovered a large warehouse where fake branded garments were being stored, labelled and prepared for distribution.

Officers seized machinery, labels, packaging and thousands of items imitating major international brands.

Two people are under investigation for industrial‑property offences, and authorities say the workshop supplied counterfeit goods to markets and shops across the island.
