Health Minister Meets with Breast Cancer Support Group in Seville

Health Minister Mónica García has met with representatives from the AMAMA Association in Seville to discuss concerns about breast cancer screening programmes in Andalusia.

García highlighted the unjustified delays in diagnosis and reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to address issues within the screening system, following concerns raised recently over delays for diagnosis.

She said that the Government would do all it could to resolve the issues, which she said came from the regional government’s privatisation of the sector.
