Property Sales in Spain Drop to Lowest August Figures in Five Years

In August, Spain recorded forty-seven thousand six hundred and ninety-seven property transactions, marking the lowest figures for this month in five years.

Used home sales fell by four point nine per cent year-on-year, while new home sales increased by two point nine per cent.

The number of transactions decreased significantly compared to the previous month, largely due to rising prices and limited availability.
