Gestha Union Calls for Investigation into Juan Carlos I’s Tax Residency

The Gestha union has urged Spain’s Tax Agency to investigate Juan Carlos the First’s financial interests following reports of a substantial loan repayment.

They question his tax residency status, suggesting it remained in Spain when he received the loans.

The union has also requested inquiries into income reportedly from documentary rights and economic activities, highlighting potential issues regarding tax obligations.
