A thirty-four-year-old man has died from heat stroke in the Mallorca town of Sóller.
Emergency services received the alert at shortly before 3pm yesterday, but the man, a Dutch national, was pronounced dead despite resuscitation efforts.
This death follows another due to heat stroke last Friday in Fraga, involving a Pakistani seasonal worker.
Authorities advise keeping hydrated and seeking shade during this heat wave, which is set to last for another two to three days.
