Bank of Spain Revises Economic Growth Forecasts

The Bank of Spain has lowered its growth forecast for the year to 2.4% and 1.8% for 2026.

Governor José Luis Escrivá highlighted the impact of external uncertainties, particularly concerning tariffs.

He noted inflation could average at 2.4%, reflecting a deceleration trend.
